This is a super easy brownie recipe. Because I have some left over chocolate, so I found one YouTube and modified it.
Ingredients [19x23cm retangular pan]
- 100g dark chocolate
- 40g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 40g all-purpose flour
- 10g cocoa powder(unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp salt
The steps are easy too. Heat the eggs and suger over hot water so it is easy to beat. Then add the melted cholocate and butter. Then comes the powders (flour, cocoa and salt). I baked at 170degree C for about 20 minutes. It is soft and not too sweet. Many people may want to add vanilla extract. I uasually don't. Enjoy!
